Delivery

How much does local delivery cost?

For standard* delivery in Singapore, we offer complimentary delivery to your doorstep for ground floor units or units accessible via lift for all orders above $180.

For orders under $180, we charge a rate of $20 per delivery. Clients can also opt for self-collection at no charge.

What is standard delivery?

Standard delivery refers to areas that:

  • are not restricted for delivery (e.g. islands like Sentosa, Pulau Ubin; military camps; high security areas; etc).

  • On the ground floor or have lift access that is at least 180cm tall by 90cm wide.

  • Clear and uncluttered access for trolley to final installation location.

The client is responsible for ensuring safe access into the delivery area. Ugly Wood Company will not be held responsible for damage to your property during delivery.

Any re-delivery appointments due to failed delivery attempt will be chargeable to the client.

Can you deliver if my unit only has staircase access and no lifts?

Please inform our team of any mandatory staircase use before the quotation. Our team will head down and do a separate inspection to provide a special quote for such deliveries.

If staircase use is required without advance notification, your order will be cancelled and a re-delivery fee will be charged. The re-delivery fee will be based on size of the package.

Can I request for self-collection?

Yes, you can! Please contact us (via WhatsApp, email or our contact page) to make an appointment.

Do you provide disposal services?

Due to operational reasons, we are unable to provide disposal of old furniture.
